If your YouTube videos, Hulu, ShowLinks, or any other online videos don't play when you choose full screen mode------------------------------ then you can easily fix it! It worked for me.
You are probably running Adobe Flash Player 9. (Lastest update)
Problem: Video plays fine in normal size, but when enlarge to fullscreen size, the video is black or doesn't play. There's sound but no video.
To correct:
1. right click video
2. click settings
3. choose the far left icon and uncheck "enable hardware acceleration"
4. hit close.
