Working at GE

Most of my friends didn't consider GE as a employer because it's so big and ummm.... bland?

They think of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, or Lehman. Or KMPG, EY, Deloitte, or PWC.

But I just realized that the GE finance program is quite high quality. Pros: leadership training, encourages innovative thinking and respected.

Financial Management Program

The Financial Management Program (FMP) develops leadership and analytical skills through classroom training and key assignments. Widely considered to be the premier program of its kind, FMP is, for many, the first step to a successful GE management career.
