Gmail account disabled permanently

Has anyone else had their gmail account revoked for being too awesome? I had mine revoked about a year ago but suddenly thought about it and am very pissed.

The reason? Because they can.

I can only guess they are going to launch a product called ....

Google Accounts: I'm getting a message that says 'Sorry, your account has been disabled.'

If you've been redirected to this page from the sign in page, it means that access to your Google Account has been disabled.

In most cases, accounts are disabled because of a perceived violation of either the Google Terms of Service or product-specific Terms of Service.

Google reserves the right to:

  • Suspend a Google Account from using a particular product or the entire Google Accounts system if the Terms of Service or product-specific policies are violated.
  • Terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

how did you get it back?

I have been using Gmail as my primary email account for a 3 years now. As most individuals I have all of my important information being held within.

On Fri my Iphone wouldn't log in (username / pw combo it said). Logging in to the Gmail interface says my account has been temporarily disabled due to possible TOS violations.

I have not done anything out of the ordinary (that I am aware of) and I am desperate to re-enable. All of my critical information is being held within.

I filled out the forms and I did receive one email stating that it would be enabled within 24 (this came in on Saturday) and it is still not working.

I am definitely in a bad spot w/o access to my all important email. Some posts have said that if I upgrade ($50) it should re-enable?

The email address is "cushing.jeremy@gmail.com"

Are there any awesome Gmail employees reading that can assist? You can also call me on the phone number listed for the account. I would appreciate any help and would nominate for Google employee of the year.
