Random note: How to buy meat in London

For shopping at supermarkets:

When buying meat such as pork or lamb that contain bones, remember to factor that in when buying. I think it is better to buy a smaller piece than a bigger piece because the unit price is the same, but when buying a heavier piece, it is likely that weight is derived from a bigger bone piece thus not as valuable. Also it is better to buy smaller portions in case you can't finish it all.
